Exciting! You see life through vibrant yellow glasses and have decided to take the leap. But what happens after you submit your CV? Let us unveil a sneak peek into the next steps of your application process.
1. You apply for a job at Vivaldis
Fantastic, we've received your CV! You might just be our new colleague 👀
Our internal recruiters are already doing a happy dance and checking your profile to see if we're a match made in heaven.
2. Telephone conversation & first introduction
Our recruiters Sara, Maxine, and Lotte are on the edge of their seats. Within a few days, you'll receive a brief introductory phone call from them, and we'll immediately schedule a first meeting. They'll enthusiastically tell you about the job role and Vivaldis' culture. Of course, you also get the time and space to ask your questions! Is Vivaldis a match for you? Our recruiters will do everything to transfer as much Joie de Vivaldis to you as possible. 🙌
3. Completing 2 short tests
You'll be invited to complete 2 short assessments. Don't worry, it's definitely not rocket science. 🚀 You'll complete a reasoning test and a personality questionnaire. At Vivaldis, it's about more than just fancy titles on your CV. We go a step further: we look at who you are as a person, your abilities, and of course, whether you fit into Vivaldis' culture.
4. Face-to-face conversation with HR colleague
Okay, time to meet each other! 🤩 Sara, Maxine or Lotte will invite you for a face-to-face conversation. To give you as much feel for your future role and employer as possible, we also invite the coach from your region. And on top of that, we arrange a meeting with your new office colleagues. This way, you'll be immediately immersed in the warm bath of your future Vivaldis team.
5. Contract proposal
Do the sparks fly? If there's a match for both you and us, we won't beat around the bush and will make you an offer.
6. Contract signing
Agree with the offer? Great, let's dive right in! The Vivaldis team is eager to welcome you into our warm office. We'll pull out all the stops to make you feel welcome so that you can make a dazzling start on your very first day! Start your new adventure with Joie de Vivaldis! 💛
