De resultaten analyseren, Het product en proces op punt stellen
Het budget draag je hoog in het vaandel VB. werken met raamcontracten
Kritische blik op selectie leveranciers + marktonderzoek (product risicoanalyse + bepalen materiaalkeuze en de meest geschikte productiestappen)
Controle kwaliteit bij levering en je regelt gebreken/geschillen met de leveranciers
Planning inkoop (Zorgen voor een strakke planning)goederenontvangst. Je volgt namelijk de orders op tot levering bij de klant en informeert de klant steeds gedurende het volledige proces
Contact leveranciers, prijsvergelijkingen, plaatsen bestellingen (je volgt de markt op de hielen!) + optimaal voorraadbeheer
Meedenken aan verbeteringen/ quality & development
Profile
Je spreekt, begrijpt en schrijft Nederlands, Engels (zonder kom je niet in aanmerking)
Je bent communicatief zeer sterk
Zowel communicatieve juniors met de nodige scholing als seniors zijn welkom! VB. Bachelor/ en/of Master Communicatiewetenschappen, Office Management, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfskunde ...
Klantvriendelijkheid en flexibiliteit typeren jou!
Klantenbinding is voor jou belangrijk aangezien jij fungeert als vertrouwenspersoon
Grondige kennis MS office
Teamspirit is voor jou belangrijk
Voltijds werken schrikt je niet af
Je kan een eerste ervaring voorleggen in een internationale productie omgeving (GROTE PLUS!)
