Function
Elke bezoeker ontvangen met een glimlach (vrachtwagenchauffeurs, leveranciers, klanten, sollicitanten)
Opmaken en controleren van diverse CMR- en douanedocumenten
Opvolgen van bestellingen en de nodige mensen vanuit productie contacteren indien nodig.
U staat in nauw contact met onze transportafdeling
Behandelen en doorgeven van inkomende telefoons.
Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken.

Jouw profiel:
Iemand met kennis van Excel.
Een organisatietalent die de zaken punctueel, zelfstandig en stressbestendig kan afwerken.
Iemand die zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans zijn mannetje kan staan. Basis Engels is mooi meegenomen.
Iemand die perfect de prioriteiten ziet en er geen probleem mee heeft verschillende zaken op het zelfde moment voor zijn rekening te nemen.
Iemand die flexibel is en afwisselend in dag- en avondshift kan werken (9u-17u30, avond: 11u30- 20u). In overleg met uw twee andere collega's.
