En tant que Chef d’Équipe Couvreur, vos responsabilités incluront :
Diriger et coordonner une équipe de couvreurs sur le terrain 👷
Assurer la qualité et la conformité des travaux de couverture
Planifier et suivre l’avancement des projets de toiture
Garantir le respect des normes de sécurité sur les chantiers 🦺
Maintenir une communication efficace avec les clients et les autres parties prenantes du projet
Profile
Le candidat idéal devra posséder :
Une expérience solide en couverture dans le secteur de la construction générale 🔨
Des compétences avérées en gestion d’équipe et leadership
Une parfaite connaissance des différents types de toiture et techniques de couverture 🏗️
Une capacité à lire et interpréter des plans de construction
Une bonne condition physique et une capacité à travailler en extérieur par tous types de météo 🌤️ 🌧️
