Function
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van onze klanten, inclusief het volledige dossierbeheer van A-Z: offertes opstellen, verkoop ondersteunen, facturen maken en contacten opvolgen.
- Het opbouwen van langetermijnrelaties met de klanten staat centraal.
- Samen met jouw account manager, planners en technische dienst zoek je naar de beste oplossing.
- Je werkt als team samen om de vooropgestelde omzet te behalen.
- Je behandelt klachten en gaat in gesprek met de klant.
- Je belt particuliere aanvragen op en volgt deze op.

- Je bent communicatief en hebt een vlotte telefoontechniek.
- Je kan efficiënt en zelfstandig werkenn.
- Je durft initiatief nemen.
- Teamspirit is belangrijk voor jou.
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands, goed Frans en goed Engels.
- Je bent klantvriendelijk.
