We are looking for a: Key Account Manager The fruit and vegetable sector offers a dynamic and challenging environment, ideal for an account manager who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-evolving market. Building strong and lasting customer relationships, expanding portfolios, and driving category growth are at the core of this role. Our business isn’t just about serving customers; it’s about driving growth, embracing innovation, and leading strategic initiatives that push the industry forward. Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You will be part of a sales team focusing on structured and retail customers across Europe.
  • Your primary goal is to grow the business with existing customers while also identifying and seizing new opportunities.
  • You use category management techniques to help customers increase turnover and margin.
  • You create fact-based account plans for your key customers, complete with clear objectives.
  • You collaborate with colleagues across departments to execute account plans and achieve profitable growth.
  • You use the ERP system to access and manage information, ensuring smooth internal processes and clear communication.

Profile

Your Profile

  • You hold a master’s degree, preferably in Economics (Applied Economics, Business Engineering, or Commercial Sciences).
  • You have several years of relevant sales experience, preferably with food retailers or supermarket chains.
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent proficiency in either French or German.
  • You resonate with values like growth, respect, inspiration, and passion.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, are solution-oriented, and think strategically.
  • You are a skilled negotiator and a true team player who achieves results through collaboration.
