Onze klant is een onafhankelijk organisme, actief in de consumptiesector.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Customer Service medewerker ter versterking van het team.
Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor telefonische contacten met leden in de twee nationale talen en het beantwoorden van verschillende vragen met betrekking tot hun abonnementen, bestellingen, informatie en/of technische problemen.
Daarnaast zorg je voor de gepersonaliseerde schriftelijke communicatie naar de leden van het organisme.
Je presenteert ook de tijdschriften aan bestaande klanten en helpt hen overstappen naar een Premium-abonnement.
Je bent eveneens verantwoordelijk voor een aantal administratieve taken.
Profile
Je beheerst perfect zowel het Frans als het Nederlands.
Je hebt een goede communicatievaardigheid, bent vlot aan de telefoon, hebt een klantgerichte instelling en een commerciële houding.
Solide administratieve vaardigheden.
Een scherp inzicht in informatica en software.
Enthousiasme en een teamgerichte mindset.
