Voor onze klant, actief op de textiel markt, zoeken wij een operator in 2 ploegen.
Hoe ziet je dag er uit als operator ?
Als operator sta jij in voor het instellen en afregelen van de machines en streef je de productieplanning zo nauwkeurig mogelijk na
Jij staat in voor het ombouwen van de machines wanneer het product wisselt en het wisselen van bepaalde onderdelen
Om de efficiëntie te verhogen en de kwaliteit te verbeteren neem je initiatief in het bijsturen van de productieprocessen
Een afgewerkt product wordt door jou aan een grondige controle onderworpen
Jij staat in voor het onderhoud van jouw machines
Profile
Wie is onze ideale operator ?
Jij hebt ervaring als operator en beschikt over technische voorkennis (bv. technisch diploma mechanica)
Je beschikt over een goed logisch inzicht
Je bent een teamspeler maar kan jouw werk perfect zelfstandig uitvoeren
Je kiest er bewust voor om in ploegen te werken
Kwaliteit en veiligheid is belangrijk voor jou
Naast het vloeiend beheersen van Nederlands kan je goed verstaanbaar maken in het Frans
Bij voorkeur ben je snel beschikbaar
Tewerkstelling in 2ploegen: 2-ploegensysteem: voor- en namiddag (05u-13u of 13u-21u). Op vrijdag vroeger gedaan (5u-10u15 of 10u15-15u30)
