Function
Vivaldis interim recherche un réceptionniste automobile pour son client proche de Eupen.
Vous serez chargé:
Accueillir, accompagner et orienter les clients
Gestion des appels téléphonique
Savoir identifier les besoins des clients
Organiser et planifier des rendez-vous
Gestion des factures
Etablir les plannings de réparation
Expliquer au client les différents travaux réaliser
Profile
Vous avez le profil idéal si:
Vous avez minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que réceptionnaire automobile
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en mécanique automobile
Vous aimez le contact avec les clients.
Vous savez utiliser les outils informatiques
Vous avez une bonne gestion du stress
Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances en allemand
