Functie
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un conseiller en prévention pour notre client actif dans le secteur de construction.
Vos responsabilités:
- Organiser et gérer la prévention au quotidien sur un chantier de taille importante (travail sur chantier au quotidien)
- surveiller à la bonne application des mesures visées par la loi sur le bien-être ;
- aider à la préparation des chantiers point de vue sécurité ;
- assister à la rédaction des documents par rapport à la règlementation en matière de l’environnement ;
- donner des conseils relatif aux méthodes de travail, équipements, etc. (déterminer les mesures adéquates selon les dangers) ;
- faire des visites sur chantiers pour : détecter des risques d’accidents et améliorer les mesures de sécurité en place, surveiller à la bonne application des consignes et le respect de la politique de prévention de Valens, s’assurer que les accueils sécurité sont donnés, préparer les activités/travaux à venir, … ;
- assister les chantiers lors d’un accident de travail ; contacts externes, rédaction de rapport, analyse de l’accident, mise en place des mesures de sécurité complémentaires,… ;
- faire des propositions d’amélioration à la politique et aux procédures de sécurité.
Profiel
Votre profil :
- Formation : bachelier, master ou diplôme équivalent – conseiller en prévention Niveau 3 ou 2 ou formation de coordinateur de sécurité ;
- Expérience secteur de la construction ;
- Connaissance techniques du secteur de la construction ;
- Connaissances linguistiques : Français/Néerlandais ;
- Connaissances informatiques : parfaite connaissance de la suite Office ;
- La connaissance des référentiels de certification (VCA, OHSAS, 9001, 14001, …) est un plus ;
- Communicatif, persuasive et stimulant;
- Diplomatique ;
- Approche créative ;
- Aptitude à travailler de façon autonome et en même temps orienté vers l’équipe.
