How many holiday days do I get as a laborer?

Everyone who works hard deserves adequate rest. Every employee who has worked full-time for the entire year is entitled to 20 holiday days. If you want to take leave, discuss it with the company where you're employed and inform your Vivaldis office, so they can register your days off.

Of course, these holiday days are paid. Each year in May or June, your holiday pay is neatly deposited into your account by the the National Office for Annual Leave, the National Office for Annual Holidays. This means that the days taken are not paid at the time but are compensated all at once. Depending on where you work, you may also get additional time reduction days (ADV (shorter working hours) days).
