Do I get meal vouchers?

Whether you're entitled to meal vouchers and how many you get depends on the arrangements in your sector or company. Remember that you always pay a little bit towards each meal voucher.

If your colleagues with the same job in the same company get meal vouchers, you're entitled to them too. At Vivaldis, we work with Edenred to distribute the meal vouchers. They are deposited weekly on your personal Edenred card.

How do I get my meal vouchers?

Do you already have an Edenred card? Don't worry, Edenred already has your details based on your national registration number, which we pass on when ordering the vouchers. You just have to wait until they're deposited on your card.

Don't have an Edenred card yet? We'll order one for you, and it will be sent to your home. Then, you'll receive a second letter to activate the card.

How long can I use my meal vouchers?

Your meal vouchers are valid for one year.

How can I check my balance?

Create an account on the Edenred website or download their app. This way, you can always see how much you have left. More information is available at www.myedenred.be.

Where can I use my meal vouchers?
