Sales support Officer (h/f/x)

En tant que Sales Support Officer, tu joueras un rôle crucial dans le suivi administratif et logistique des commandes jusqu’à leur livraison. Tu seras le point de contact principal pour les questions opérationnelles de nos clients, garantissant une satisfaction et un service de qualité.

- 🗂️Gestion administrative : Préparation des documents contractuels, saisie de données dans le système ERP, et mise à jour des dossiers clients.
- 📦Suivi des commandes : Coordination avec les équipes de vente, production, logistique et expédition pour assurer des livraisons à temps.
- ℹ️ Support client : Fournir des informations sur les produits, les délais de livraison, et les expéditions.
- Coordination inter-départementale : Assurer l’alignement entre les ventes, la production, et l’approvisionnement.
- 📚Formation et Assistance : Aider à former les nouveaux membres de l’équipe commerciale sur les processus internes.
Profile
- Tu as une première expérience en service clientèle.
- Tu as un excellent niveau de Français tant parlé qu’écrit (orthographe excellente).
- Tu possèdes le niveau B1-B2 d’Anglais et Néerlandais parlé et écrit.
- Tu maîtrises la Suite Office, plus particulièrement de MS Word et Excel.
- Tu maîtrises ERP (Synchrosoft et Microsoft Dynamics est un plus).
- Tu as une forte orientation client, une capacité de collaboration et de coordination, une communication transparente.
- Tu es rigoureux(se), organisé(e), flexible, as un esprit d’équipe, une capacité d’analyse, autonome
