Construction Holiday

As a temporary worker, am I entitled to construction leave?

Every construction worker eagerly awaits the annual construction holiday. Workers are entitled to 20 statutory leave days, with 3 weeks specially reserved for the construction holiday. Exact periods can be found on the website of Embuild or by contacting your Vivaldis Construct office.

When and by whom will my holiday pay be paid?

Paid holiday days are deposited in May or June by ONVA, the National Vacation Fund. If unsure about eligibility, consult your union or ONVA. If ineligible, contact your Vivaldis Construct office for guidance through this period.
