What is weather latency?

Enjoying good weather is part of construction work, but adverse conditions like rain, cold, or heat can impact work. On weather-affected days, inform your Vivaldis Construct office for swift claim processing. 

What should I indicate on my C3.2A control card or stamp card in bad weather?

Keep the relevant day blank on your C3.2A control card for reimbursement. Did you accidentally tick the box? If so, contact your union or auxiliary cashier. 

Who provides compensation in the event of weather-related absences?

At the end of the month, you hand in your control card to your union or auxiliary cashier. They will make sure your allowance is paid.

For work interrupted by worsening weather, 50% compensation for lost hours is added to worked hours. Some workers also receive an annual extra premium for weather-related interruptions.
