Is my traveling time to the construction site considered working time?

Construction sites are often not around the corner, unfortunately. Only the hours you actually spend on the construction site are considered official working time. But what about travel to the construction site? That is fortunately reimbursed, depending on how you travel.

When do you get a mobility allowance? What exactly is a social season ticket?

If you use your own transport, you get a mobility allowance and a social subscription for the distance you travel, there and back. But only from 10 km. If you like to cycle, you can get a bicycle allowance of 0.24 EUR per kilometer. Nice and sporty!

Do you travel as a passenger in a company car? Then you only get a mobility allowance for the actual distance traveled, there and back. Drivers of a company car without passengers simply get a mobility allowance. But if you take passengers with you, you can get a higher allowance.

And if you use both bike and car for your journey, that's no problem either. Your Vivaldis Construct office will then arrange reimbursement for all parts of your journey.
