C3.2A control card or white stamp card
C3.2A card: Your buddy on the construction site!
Ready to shine in your new job? Then your Vivaldis Construct office will give you two C3.2A cards, also known as the 'white control cards'. One for the month you start and one for the following month. Every month you will receive a new card in the post.
How does it work?
At the start of each working day, immediately colour the corresponding box with indelible ink. Leave the boxes blank on days when you are not working and are entitled to compensation. If you are sick, indicate this with the letter Z. Holiday days? Those are the Vs. And on days you don't work but are paid, such as public holidays and ADV days, you put an A.
When the month is over, you hand in your card to your union or auxiliary cashier, they will arrange payment. It is super important to have this card with you at all times. If you can't show it when the NEO checks you at the construction site, you risk getting into trouble. So make sure you inform your Vivaldis Construct office immediately if you lose or forget your card. An employee there will inform the RVA to avoid problems.
What should I do if I have lost this card?
If you lose your card, your Vivaldis Construct office will arrange a replacement for you immediately. Please note: the RVA is strict and only allows card loss once in 24 months. So if you lose it several times in that period, you run the risk of losing your allowance.
